Shayan Ads Manager ("the application") is an internal Google Ads API management tool developed and operated by Shayan Kamali ("the operator"), an independent, self-employed Google Ads Manager and Developer. It is a private developer tool used by the operator to manage Google Ads accounts that the operator is authorized to manage.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing this website or using the application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application or this website.
3. Private, Internal Use Only
- The application is a private, internal tool for single-user operation by the operator.
- It is not offered, sold, licensed, or distributed as public software.
- There is no public sign-up, login, storefront, or account-creation flow.
- No license or right to use the application is granted to any other person or organization.
5. Compliance With Google Policies
Use of the application is subject to, and is intended to comply with, the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions, the Google API Services User Data Policy (including its Limited Use requirements), and all applicable Google Ads policies. Where these Terms conflict with Google's terms and policies, Google's terms and policies control.
6. Privacy
Handling of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: Google user data is used only for Google Ads management, reporting, analysis, keyword management, campaign management, and optimization; it is never sold; and it is not shared with third parties except where required to operate the service or to comply with law.
7. Credentials and Security
OAuth credentials, developer tokens, and refresh tokens are the responsibility of the operator, are handled securely, and are not published or exposed publicly. No credentials, secrets, tokens, customer IDs, or private account information appear on this website or in its public repository.
8. Revoking Access
Any Google account holder who has authorized the application may revoke that access at any time through Google Account permissions. Revocation immediately ends the application's ability to access that account through the Google Ads API.
9. Availability and Changes
The application is under active development and is provided without any guarantee of availability, uptime, or continued operation. The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue the application, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. No Warranty
The application and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, advertising spend, revenue, or profits, arising out of or in connection with the application or this website.
