Shayan Ads Manager ("the application") is an internal Google Ads API management tool developed and operated by Shayan Kamali, an independent, self-employed Google Ads Manager and Developer. This Privacy Policy explains what data the application accesses, how that data is used, and how it is protected.

The application is not public software. It has no public sign-up or account-creation flow, and it is used only by its operator to manage Google Ads accounts that the operator is authorized to manage.

3. Google OAuth and the Google Ads API

Shayan Ads Manager uses Google OAuth 2.0 to authenticate and the Google Ads API to read and manage Google Ads account data.

• Google Ads account data is accessed only after the account owner has granted authorization through the Google OAuth consent screen.
• No Google account data is accessed before authorization is granted, and none is accessed outside the scopes approved during that authorization.
• The application accesses only the Google Ads accounts it has been authorized to access.
• Authorization can be withdrawn at any time, after which the application can no longer access the account.

4. What Data Is Accessed

Through the Google Ads API, and only within the scopes authorized, the application may access Google Ads account data such as:

• Campaign, ad group, ad, and budget configuration and settings.
• Keyword, search-term, and negative-keyword data.
• Performance and reporting metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, and conversions.
• Account structure information needed to identify and operate on the authorized accounts.

The application does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Photos, or any other Google service beyond what is required for Google Ads management.

5. How Data Is Used

Google user data accessed by Shayan Ads Manager is used only for:

• Google Ads management.
• Reporting.
• Analysis.
• Keyword management.
• Campaign management.
• Optimization.

Google user data is not used for advertising to the account owner, for building user profiles, for training generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models, or for any purpose unrelated to operating and improving the Google Ads accounts the application is authorized to manage.

6. Google User Data Is Not Sold

Google user data is never sold. It is not rented, traded, licensed, or otherwise transferred to anyone in exchange for money or other consideration.

7. Sharing With Third Parties

Google user data is not shared with third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:

• Where required to operate the service: data may pass through infrastructure and service providers strictly necessary to run the application — for example, Google's own APIs and the operator's own computing environment — and only to the extent required to deliver the requested Google Ads management functionality.
• Where required to comply with law: data may be disclosed if required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or an enforceable governmental request.

Any provider involved in operating the service is permitted to process the data only for that purpose, and never for its own independent purposes.

8. Credential and Data Security

• OAuth credentials, client secrets, refresh tokens, and access tokens are handled securely and are never publicly exposed.
• Credentials and tokens are stored privately in the operator's controlled environment, outside of version control, and are never published on this website or in any public repository.
• No passwords, API keys, OAuth client secrets, refresh tokens, developer tokens, Google Ads customer IDs, Manager Account (MCC) IDs, or private client information are displayed on this website.
• All communication with the Google Ads API takes place over encrypted HTTPS connections.
• Data retrieved from the Google Ads API is retained only as long as needed for the management, reporting, analysis, and optimization purposes described above.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but the operator takes reasonable and appropriate measures to protect credentials and account data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

9. Revoking Access

Users may revoke the application's access to their Google account at any time through their Google Account permissions page:

Revoking access immediately prevents the application from making any further Google Ads API requests on behalf of that account. Users may also contact the operator at the address below to request that access be discontinued or that data obtained from their account be deleted.

10. Children's Privacy

Shayan Ads Manager is a professional advertising-management tool. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect any information from children.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date above.
